Right of withdrawal & model withdrawal form

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email to info@urda-coaching.de (Provider: Urda Kafka, Am Reitplatz 1, 18107 Elmenhorst). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment (Whop) that you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

For a service contract, your right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, provided that before performance began you expressly consented to us starting performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed (Section 356(4) BGB).

In practical terms, this means: as soon as you submit your problem description and the assessment begins, the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal has expired. You expressly give this consent in the checkout before placing your order.
