Terms & conditions

General terms and conditions

Provider details are being completed

Some required provider and service information is not yet available. English-language checkout will remain unavailable until these details are complete.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Urda Kafka, Am Reitplatz 1, 18107 Elmenhorst, Deutschland (the “Provider”) and you (the “Customer”) for services offered on urda.clarity. Any terms that differ from these do not become part of the contract.

2. Services

Free system check: The system check is an automated, rule-based initial assessment based on the information you provide. It is free of charge and does not guarantee a particular result.

Paid audit: The Provider analyses the problem description you submit (as text, voice message or video) and creates an individual analysis video for you (maximum 15 minutes), including a clear assessment and recommendation. The video is made available in your protected customer area within 8 hours after all required information has been received, during the stated processing hours. This is a one-off service; live calls and ongoing support are not included.

3. Formation of the contract

The services displayed on the website are non-binding. By initiating payment through the payment service provider Whop, you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or the payment is successful. Payment is processed exclusively by Whop Inc.; the Provider does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers.

4. Prices and payment

The current audit price is shown to you before purchase in the checkout. Any applicable statutory VAT will be shown there.

5. Right of withdrawal and expiry

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in the withdrawal information. Under Section 356(4) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires if, when concluding the contract, you expressly consent to the Provider beginning performance immediately and at the same time acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been performed in full. You give this consent in the checkout before placing your order.

6. Delivery and your cooperation

The audit can be carried out only after you submit your problem description (text, voice message or video) in the protected customer area. The analysis cannot begin until all required information is complete; the 8-hour delivery commitment starts only when all required information has been received. Delivery is made available in the protected area and not as an email attachment.

7. No guarantee of outcome

The audit is a structured analysis and assessment of your situation. No particular business or personal outcome is promised. The service does not replace legal, tax, medical or therapeutic advice. In the “Life” area in particular, the Provider does not provide healthcare services; if you are experiencing health or psychological difficulties, please contact an appropriately qualified professional.

8. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of ordinary negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and only for foreseeable, typical losses, up to the amount paid for the service.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. If any individual provision is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Contact: info@urda-coaching.de.
